Whole Foods...

is now right here in the UK; and where else would they open their first shop but London. I'm looking forward to making my first visit there; I have read mention of Whole Foods on many of the blogs I read and can't wait to get my hands on the products that have been recommended. Top of my list is jojoba oil which I have been trying to find locally for the past few weeks; I have had a look at the website and the bakery section looks very tempting!

How cool!

Soon, you'll see why we call it "Whole Paycheck" or "Whole Wallet."

But it's a fab store. :) Enjoy!

Jojoba oil is wonderful. It can be expensive. Get the yellow/gold type over the colorless one if you can. I've used jojoba on my scalp and skin and it works like a dream. If cost is a concern get another carrier oil and mix it 1:1. I used it on Ciara when she had her surgey and she healed nicely.
I also keep tea tree oil. I've treated minor things like pimples and skin irritation. I want to whisper this or say it privately, but knowledge is key. And someone could use this information. I treated a yeast infection using tea tree oil. I was able to recognize the yi early and used the tea tree oil treatment for three days. It was cleaner and faster than the OTC treatments. And OTC make yeast resistant to future treatments. If you or anyone else wants more details please contact me.
