What size did you order? I keep going to the site to place my order but don't know whether I should get a small or medium.....

Many have said it's the easiest tool yet!!!! Can't wait to read your reviews!!!

YOU will LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that tool! I received mine a week or so ago and started "testing" it on a few locks over Thanksgiving...I finished an entire section of my head...I got carried away...I was only testing the tool out! My biggest complaint was the clip-on-tool and the constant snagging my head was sore from the snagging. I'm sitting here wondering why I don't have any pain with the nappylock tool...oh, yeah...It doesn't snag my hair - lol! One day I'll use the clip tool again, but for now, it's resting peacefully inside my sofa.

I hope I can be of some assistance. Since you already know how to retighten your locks it should be simple. Just pull a lock through the loop(whole) and usually I leave some hair out and bend it over the whole so it doesn't slip out if the locksisn't big enough to stay put and just start retightening to your selected pattern. Hope this helps and let us know how you like the tool!

Have you given up on your latchhook? I tried the Nappylocs tool, but I just don't prefer it. Anyway, happy retightening!

LOL Sunsail!

MM, I ordered the small one; I have retightened a few locks to test it and it seems fine.

Lexus, now I'm really excited about using it!

Sistalocd thanks for your advice, I tried it out on a few locks :-)

Brenda, you were right, my latch hook is a little big and so I thought I'd give the NL tool a try. I need to contact you about getting a smaller LH, but don't have your e-mail address...
