Fluff!

I got this lovely scarf as a 'Secret Santa' present at work; I love it because it's so long I can wrap it around my neck several times and feel very cosy. Dublin was freezing so I spent most of the time wearing my scarf. The trouble is that I have been finding bits of grey fluff in my hair all day! Any advice on how to get the stubborn bits out, will be greatly received.

Hey mel how's it been? I think you can pick out the lint with tweazers I'm sure I heard this on someones blog before. However you can get more tips on Leighann's Blog, of May 2006 and June 2006 I hope this helps.

Yep, good old fashioned picking it out or avoiding that scarf if you can. Do go to Leighann's post. It doesn't get worded any better than that.

Hey ladies - how are you both?
As always, thanks for the advice. I think I have it all out now but I will remember the tweezers and Leighann's blog for next time!
I really like the scarf, especially in this chill we have at the moment.
A friend has suggested washing it several times and soaking it in fabric softener as this might stop it shedding. If not I'll have to turn it into leg warmers or something...

I'm doing good and thanks for asking. I'm practically buried in the snow myself, so I do understand your need to keep warm.
